    Rules of Engagement • Mission Logic V5.1

    1. Simulation-Only Directive

    X-ATC is designed exclusively for flight simulation and entertainment purposes. The application must never be used for real-world aviation navigation, pilot training, or operational air traffic control activities. Use of this software in a real-world aviation environment constitutes material misuse and a violation of these terms.

    2. AI-Generated Instructions

    X-ATC uses artificial intelligence to simulate air traffic control procedures. Because the system relies on large language model technology, ATC instructions, frequencies, or clearances may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users must rely on their primary simulation platform (e.g., MSFS 2024) as the authoritative environment for operations.

    3. Account Access & Usage Limits

    Standard Pilot

    15-minute daily introductory session (reset at 00:00 Zulu).

    Pro Controller

    Extended telemetry storage and session duration.

    Hobby Pilot

    Unlimited simulation sessions.

    Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

    4. Acceptable Use

    Users agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the platform, abuse system resources, or circumvent authentication restrictions. Violation of acceptable use protocols may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    X-ATC and its developers are not responsible for simulator instability, loss of virtual flight logs, or AI-generated inaccuracies. Use of the application is at the user’s own discretion and risk.
